They were taken by our friend Gilbert Zakine (ALF) in late August 2007 during hunts at night in the villages of Mokwam and Meni (in the mountains of Papua in Arfak). We have selected (among many others) because they reflect the diversity and beauty of the nocturnal wildlife of this region.
